Meet Yantong

🌿 Tai Chi Instructor:  Dr. Yantong Zhao is a dedicated Tai Chi practitioner with over two decades of experience. Having attended a Taoist internal strength training camp in Wudang Mountain in China, he has immersed himself in Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation. He has not only mastered the art of Tai Chi but also holds a deep knowledge of Tai Chi principles and understanding of its profound impact on holistic well-being.

Summary: 

With over 25 years of Tai Chi practice and 8 years of teaching experience in the Greater Chicago Area, certified Tai Chi instructor Yantong brings deep knowledge and authenticity to Lakeview Tai Chi. He currently teaches Tai Chi classes at the Lakeview YMCA, DePaul University, Truman College, and the Center on Halsted in Chicago. He also serves as a guest instructor at Chicago Tai Chi and volunteers as a Tai Chi instructor for seniors in the neighborhood.
